qChrono Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the app “qChrono” for iPhone, iPad and Mac (“the app”). The app needs no account or sign-in, and the developer does not collect, store or transmit any of your personal data.
1. Information we collect
The app collects nothing that could identify you: no name, email address, contacts, location or device identifiers. It contains no analytics tools or advertising SDKs.
2. Games, saves and recordings
Game files you import, save data, recordings and exported videos are all processed and stored on your device. They are never sent to the developer’s servers or to any third party. Files are imported and saved only through the standard file picker, and only in places you choose.
3. Camera and microphone
The camera and microphone are optional. They are used only while recording, and only if you turn them on in the recording bar. Video and sound are processed and stored on your device and are never sent anywhere. You can change the permissions at any time in your device settings.
4. Network communication
In normal use, the app does not communicate with any external server.
5. Sharing with third parties, storage and deletion
The developer shares no user data with third parties, and nothing is stored on the developer’s servers. Deleting the app also removes its data. Exported videos are in the place where you saved or shared them, and you manage and delete them yourself.
6. Children’s privacy
The app collects no personal information.
7. Changes to this policy
If the way data is handled changes, we will announce it on this page in advance, together with the update date.
