qCurving Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the app "qCurving" (the "App") for iPhone, iPad and Mac. The App requires no account and no login, and the developer does not collect, store or transmit any personal data of its users.

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Information the developer collects

The App does not collect any information that could identify you, such as your name, email address, contacts, location or device identifiers. No analytics tools or advertising SDKs are included.

2. How the data you create or open is handled

Shapes you create, SVG and PDF files you open, and files you export are all processed on your device. They are never sent to the developer's servers or to third-party services. Files are opened and saved only through the standard iOS / macOS file pickers, and only at locations you choose. Preferences (units, step sizes, document settings, etc.) are stored only on your device.

3. Network communication

In normal use, the App does not communicate with any external server.

4. Sharing with third parties

The developer does not provide any user data to third parties.

5. Data retention and deletion

Nothing is stored on the developer's servers. Settings inside the App are removed when you delete the App. Exported files remain where you saved them and can be managed and deleted by you. Because there are no accounts, no account deletion procedure is needed.

6. Children's privacy

The App does not collect personal information.

7. Changes to this policy

If future features (including features that run on your device) change how data is handled, we will announce it on this page in advance, together with the update date.
