Article 1 (Scope)
These terms set out the conditions for using "qCurving" (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. For distribution through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
Article 2 (Prohibited acts)
You must not:
- act in violation of laws or public order and morals;
- reverse engineer, tamper with or redistribute the App;
- create or distribute data that infringes the copyrights, trademarks or other rights of third parties.
Article 3 (Handling of data and disclaimer)
You are responsible for saving and backing up the data you create or edit with the App. The App does not guarantee file compatibility with other vendors' software or the complete reproduction of imported SVG and PDF files (unsupported features are ignored or approximated on import). The developer is not liable for damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
The App's handling of CMYK and color is our own approximation, and no color management with ICC profiles is performed. On-screen colors may differ from printed results. When using the App for printing or file submission, always check your printer's requirements and verify the result with a proof. The developer is not liable for damages caused by color differences.
Article 4 (Trademarks)
Names such as Adobe, Illustrator and PDF are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. The App is an independent app and is not affiliated with these owners.
Article 5 (Changes to the terms)
The developer may change these terms as necessary. Changed terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
Article 6 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the App, the courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction by agreement.
